health is kept and brings into balance your weight,

  • if you have an excess pounds it will reduce them,
  • if you're not in the mood it will fix your mood,
  • also it will improve your Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • your skin will be shinier.
  • These are just some of the benefits of proper nutrition so that body can stay healthy.

And right health is what's inside healthy and proper nutrition that contributes to yourself if you eat healthy.

A healthy and proper nutrition has multiple benefits for your organism which you will see after a certain time.



You will not go so often at your doctor office because it will strengthen your body, and if you are going to mental advisers you will don't have to throw money at the sessions which anyway does not help much, unless the effort is mutual. It will keep your overall health and you will be happier and healthier and smiling.

Because a healthy and proper nutrition does not work only on weight loss but also to preserve Your Mental Health, which means that certain food contain substances favorable for brain and neurotransmitters that are responsible for the good mood, such as, for example, the amino acid tryptophan which we have in foodstuffs of animal origin such as: milk, yogurt and gouda cheese cheese, turkey meat, pumpkin seeds... in which is the most present. Amino acid tryptophan raise the level of neurotransmitter in the brain such as melatonin (the hormone, which is responsible for good sleep, if his level is within limits) and serotonin, which is responsible for good mood, also contributes to the natural way to feel better and it has been proved that the amino acid tryptophan has the beneficial effect in patients with depression.

So if you eat properly and properly inform yourself about the fact which the food are for which condition and problems, you may perhaps stop drinking certain drugs that just poison you and you have cost by their use. Because drugs are chemicals and healthy food is natural food for our organism, which is the most suitable and cures us.

Like many of us know the primary tools how to prevent heart attack like: quit smoking, checking high blood pressure, checking cholesterol level, weight loss and important thing of all is to be physical active. This is first group of primary tools. But there's one other important group of primary tools, it is second group of prevent tools and is important like first group. You need to be sure if you don't have diabetes, hormone disorder, chronic inflammation, because these factors especially when they act together can form blood clot which can plug blood vessel. You can also use two baby aspirin per day. Aspirin prevent from agglomeration the platelets and the other stuff in blood which can form clot and has anti-inflammatory effect. But you can't take more then 300mg per day of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)! New research shows that five colors of fruit and vegetables can reduce a risk from heart attack for 80% together with the above listed tools if you apply this every day. There some other factors that we can't influence like gender and age. But we can do a lot to prevent this type of cardiovascular disease. 


Diet


We can do here a lot like as I have listed above. Use different colors of fruits and vegetables which can help you to lose weight and give your body a lot of vitamins. Use olive oil, fish oil and flaxseed oil which is rich with omega-3. Eat nuts instead of potato chips! Nuts have lot of vitamins and minerals and contain omega-3. Omega-3 lubricate your blood vessels and has anti-inflammatory effect and helps to increase your HDL- cholesterol which is good cholesterol it helps to throw out the LDL- cholesterol which is bad cholesterol. LDL can harm ours blood vessels by build up plaque which can cause heart attack. For that reason we must to consume the products which is rich with omega-3. 



Physical activity

 

Is very important for whole body and for the blood vessels, because when we active  blood vessels are more flexible which is good. Keep walking at least 3 miles a day, practice at home if you can not at the gym, biking, swim and play team sports. If you apply this not only to help prevent cardiovascular disease than many other diseases, and you'd be right.

Psychological factors


 
That we can affect is by reducing stress, reducing depression, keeping good friendship.  Take a glass of red wine per day only once! And have regularly sex with your partner, especially monogamous relationship. Because if you frequently change partners that can cause stress. Go out with your friends. Do not forget to apply these tools and be well.
